The Franklin County Sheriff's Office is looking for information on Norman Bill Williams jr. DOB 3/7/1955, 6'3" 250lbs, Brown Hair Brown Eyes. He is a Convicted Sexual Predator and has absconded from his last known address in the Eastpoint, Florida area, as of Saturday September 24th 2011.
