The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office victim advocate is available 24 hours 7 days a week to assist those in need. Should you or anyone you know needs assistance in Domestic Violence situation please contact Victim Advocate Whitley Wilson at (850) 323-0837 or email us.

Florida Domestic Violence Legal Hotline
Florida Legal Services, Inc. provides attorneys to answer survivors’ legal questions regarding injunctions for protection, divorce, custody, housing, immigration and other civil legal matters at no cost to survivors.  The hotline attorneys are available 8 am to 4 pm EST Monday – Friday.  Survivors can call toll free at 1-800-500-1119 ext. 3.  TDD 1-800-621-4202; Florida Relay 711; interpreter services are available for survivors with limited English proficiency.

The mission of the Florida Coalition Against Domestic Violence (FCADV) is to create a violence free world by empowering women and children through the elimination of personal and institutional violence and oppression against all people. FCADV provides leadership, advocacy, education, training, technical assistance, public policy and development, and support to domestic violence center programs.
